I have got a Club Mahindra account for almost 1 year and have paid up around Rs.100000 in EMIs. Now I have requested to cancel the membership as I am moving out of the country but they are refusing a refund. They are saying that the so far I have completed 22% of the around 3 lacs membership. Unless I have completed 60% of my payments out of 3 lac I am not eligible for a refund.
I am not clear on their refund policy. Does anyone have a similar experience?
