Club mahindra is a polished cheater. Review on Club Mahindra

1. I was promised 3 holidays pkg free which can be used any time during 25 yrs but later on I noticed its with time limit.

   
   




2. I wanted to go to singapore on holidays and they informed that generally membership processing time is 45 days but in my case they will do it within a week and I can plan my holidays in july/aug 08. On last moment it was denied saying its not possible.

   
   




3. Again they promised me holiday in oct/nov 08 and once again I was told SORRY from club mahindra.

   
   




4. Since I had planned to go to singapore in oct/nov 08 they told me that they hv another divsion wherein you pay full amount and they will arrange everything. I paid approx Rs 40000/(Rupees Forty thousand) per head ie Rs 160000/( Rs one lacsixty thousand) for four people IN ADVANCE but the experience was HORRIBLE as given in point no. 5 and 6 below.

   
   




5. On arrival in hotel receptionist told that they cant allow checkin as they have not recd the payment which I had paid to them long back. By sitting in singapore, with much difficulties I kept on calling their india office etc etc and could sort out the issue with much difficulties but then I was told that we have to wait for 4/5 hrs before check in as chech in time is 2 pm. I have to take a room for getting freshen up bath etc and pay for it whereas it was supposed to be included in the pkg.

   
   




6. In singapore, for sight seeing I was promised an independent TAXI but on reaching there I was told that I hv to go around in a BUS.

   
   




7. After coming back I took up very strongly which they never cared initially but when I took up strongly and kept on writing to them, they offered me free air travel for 2 people for any club mahindra resort in india.

   
   




8. Even I was promised FREE RCI membership thru out 25 years which ahain came out to be a false promise.

   
   




9. If you ask then to refund the money, they will show you terms and conditions(which is such a time consuming process even to go thru. Even their sales rep told me to sign it without hesitation and there is no need of going thru the same as these are simple standard terms) saying that whatever you have paid stands forfeited.

   
   




10. My numerous letters and calls gets standard replies without any solution. When you write to them including their top most people, they dont bother to respond at all. Down the line people will keep on doing MARKETING TALKS without any result.

    
    

I sincerely advice members of general; public not to go for it at all as they talk in a different tone while soliciting the customer and later on thier behaviour and response totally changes.
