Why is it difficult for members to book rooms ? Whenever you call Call Center, rooms are not available. For those same dates, certain agents guarantee you reservations for as low as Rs.2000 a night (even if you are a NON-MEMBER) ?
Its seems this is a huge racket. Your property managers are selling inventory to non-members through agents at the expense of members who have paid large membership fees...
This happens on a BIG scale at the newly opened Lake Pavna, Tungi Resort in Lonavala, India.
