I have been a member for 6 years now, Bookings used to be available when they had an online system, Once they made it manual, bookings are never available, We wanted to book a holiday in Varca Goa, for November, We were told that the bookings would start on the 1st of June, 3 days we could not get through to the telephone lines.
On june 4th we were told that no rooms are available for November. Red season member cannot get a booking 3 months in advance, They should not take any more members if they do not have enough infrastructure. We did get a short booking in the month of may, last minute, and quite a few members we found at the resort were 2 night free coupon holders, which is very surprising, Once you have paid and are a member, you are non priority.The rooms are excellent, The staff at Goa are excellent too, The food is not what it used to be, But still better then most places, as it is safe and hygienic.
But bookings - you don't get, so what is the point being a member. Better just fill their lucky draw coupons and go for the holiday. Don't take a membership, you will never get the rooms, unless your executive knows someone in the senior management.
