Been a member since 2008. Honestly, nothing wrong with their resorts. Decent 3 & 4* ones and good family.
But, reservations is a nightmare. They expect that your travel schedules should match their availability! I stay abroad. It costs me more to make the reservation in terms of ISD calls than possibly the savings I signed up for. Their terms and conditions are so many, you may as well book a hotel outside and get yourself peace of mind. Recently, went through one of them to book one additional room since we are traveling with parents. Have an inventory of 21(maxed out!), but we cannot make a booking for the additional room. Btw, we are Red members, one lower than Purple! Wondering what would happen to White and Blue members.
HOPELESS is the only feedback. Don't get tempted by the "25 yrs of saving and peace of mind" spiel during the sale and the supposed savings. The annual fee, the spends in the resorts itself and the complete inflexibility of the reservations would make it a wasted expenditure. Unfortunately, stuck with it. But, warn others who still haven't got stuck in this. Am taking it as a mission to warn others.
Perfect definition of WHITE COLLARED CHEATING. Irony is that they expect me to refer customers as well. Can't believe how shameless the sales process can be.
