Please be careful before investing money with Club Mahindra. Horrible is the word for their customer service. I had taken membership with them with a down payment amount in 2009, later when the EMI was suppose to get deducted it didn’t happen for two consecutive months I called them asking why had they not deducted the EMI, the call centre executive said they will get back to me. Again one more month past the matter was hanging almost for five months, by then I had already request for the cancellation of membership as I did like their service.
Finally I heard from their Relationship Manager who agreed to the mistake and tried to convince me with the membership continuation. As was very upset and didn’t want to pay the lump sum amount I was clear I want to discontinue. At this point also they were confirming on who was the sales person who enrolled us, then apparently he was out of town enjoying his holidays and again the matter was on hold. Till today I get their sms for non-payment of EMI’s when called for enquiring they have taken my number ”we will in touch with you”.
I wonder Company like Mahindra having such pathetic service, can we take some action against them?
