Mahindra Club. Review on Club Mahindra Mount Serene Munnar

I sincerely suggest DO NOT join Mahindra Cllub Time share. Prior joining I was promised heaven however for the last 3 years I have not been able to exercise one holiday as on every request the reservation for the property is not available.

If the situation is so bad what they are going to offer the new members. Besides the only place variable in Jan, 09 for this summer was at Bangkok. On reaching Bangkok my reservation was cancelled due to some administrative mistake on Club end. I had to find another place and now Mahindra Club is not refunding the money spent which was 19000/- Bhat stating it is not Club policy to refund in cash.

I plan to take them to Consumer Court to get my rightful amount as the Club policy clearly states that the money has to be refunded. On contacting local office in Chandigarh the manager Ritesh Sharma refused to acklnwledge my right and avoided meeting me on subsequent visits.

My another friend is also very disenchanted and has stopped paying yearly amount. Jatin Singh Membership No:279336

I WISH TO ADD FURTHER that on checking my hoilday history noticed 7 days have been debited from my account however I have not used it. Following email was sent and I am still awaiting response from the Club it is 20th Aug but the Club has no response. . I sincerely disuade people to avoid getting trapped by the agents selling this product. I have lost 1.82 Lacs as deposit + 3 years subsribtion of around Rs 7500/-. These agents just give false rosy pictures to meet their targets and Club persuading prspective clients with a FREE LCD TV! Wonder if the existing members are not getting any booking how there are calling new members. It just boils down to extracting money from innocent consumers. Following is my letter to the Club. .
