Sub: Disappointed with Club Mahindra L


This is in regard to cheating Ihave faced from Club Mahindra employees from the beginning of my relationship with the organization.


Starting with the recent case,One of your employee (Mr Rajan, Branch Manager, Leela Palace Branch, Bangalore)has cheated me by 11 days of holidays. He asked me to write an e-mail to him stating that I am releasing 4 days of holiday in his name which will be credited back in to my account after August. This was to help his one client who was short of some holidays to take his family on vacation. This client was supposed to credit back these holidays when his next year cycle starts in August. But I was surprised to see that instead of 4 days total 11 days were taken from my account. Upon following upwith Mr Rajan he told me that it is by mistake, he will get it reverted soon.


I just enquired Chennai office(Ref no, 109207,Representative: Arti) My ASF isnot yet paid, (I know, I have not paid it till now) how my second years’holidays got release and utilized


Second case : This Thrusday (15thAugust), I went to meet Mr Rajan, I asked one of office employee that Iwant to meet Mr. Rajan. He told me that he has quit the job. I knew some thingis wrong here so I asked another employee, she told me that he is on leave.Then I asked new branch manager, He told me that he is terminated from the job. These two office staff knows mefrom past one year at least, then also they lied to me and it is not first timeit has happened to me. Earlier also when one of your employee Vikrant from same office quite the job it happened similarly.


While signing my membership Rajanand Vikrant offered me that they will put my name on the two new client’application to be able to give me referral bonus (12000/-) in order to reduce the total cost of membership. I joined Club Mahindra membership with no reference of your existing member, they told me that they are putting some oldclient’ name on my form similarly they will put my name on other new client’ form. On one pretext or another they have been successfully able to fool me all these two years.


I got extended my Welcome weekoffer by another year as my wife was carrying our first child and we where not in condition to utilizes this in time. It took me at least six month of following up to get this extension letter. I doubt if the extension letter is a fake one or real one.


With all this experience, I doubt much information which I have been given by your office staff regarding availing bonus holidays and Welcome week.


There are other quality/service issues, now those seems quite small compared to these cheating.


I simply bought this membership based on reputation of your other companies. I believed your organization will give me value for my money. That is far to expect now. Your’ this organizationis looting their clients.
