Club Mahindra is a total fraud - First they call you up and say that you have one a gift voucher for a 100% free stay for 2D/3N. The impression that one is given is that this was a LUCKY DRAW and one should come personally with spouse to collect.
One should also make time for one hour and once again the IMPRESSION given is that since you have one a LUCKY DRAW, it looks like a media / photo shoot out. We told him we stay in Gurgaon and this place that you are calling in in PAcific Mall, Ghaziabad, which is 50 Kms away. Can we not go to one in Gurgaon. Again, I and my wife were informed that we need to come PAcific Mall only.
Once we entered there we were forced to cit through a 90 min presentation and with the message this is a once in life time opportunity. The sales person just went on and on and on about the possible benefits and we told him multiple times this is not what we expected. Our expectation was that we have one some lucky draw.
Once we finished the presentation, and said we are not interested in the membership, suddenly they was no enthusiasm to explain as to how we can use the voucher. Now the response was "Sir, all the details are printed behind".
I would request all users to stick away from the club mahindra - YOU HAVE WON A 2D/3N punchline and not waste your weekend and suffer. I wish there was a regulator to whom I could file a complaint against harassment and misleading consumers.
