Well I might be a contrary to what people write here abt CM and the gift voucher they offer but that's not the fact with me. I too had got a 2d/3n gift voucher from CM and even I was really awarded with the stay. They had already given the confirmation for my requested date for coorg resort. Only thing is one has to book a bit prior. If one goes at the last moment then how can they honour as really the resorts.. r occupied even in the off seasons.
My experience: Guess what..just a day before I learnt.. that I had misplaced the original gv(which was compulsory to be produced). I had to just make couple of calls to request them to help in this regard.. and CM people were kind enuf to ..still allow me to continue with the free stay..( but I had a scanned copy of the voucher). Also the hopitality of CM was too good.. and staff was very courteous and helpful.. always smiling.... Coorg as a place I dint like.. but yes resort is just wonderful.. one can just go n relax and forget the worldly chores..
At coorg CM resort one feels like. Living in a forest with all the modern amenities, quality of food and varieties they offer in bf, lunch and dinner. Its just too good. One may feel a bit expensive initially but its really worth the money we spend.
