Hi All,
I recently visited to Club Mahindra, Kandaghat resort. It was really a very nice trip till end. But, your sales representatives(Varun and Amit) were really very "chepu". After denying many times for buying membership, they were trying to approach again and again. On our checkout day, I was enjoying with my family in beautiful garden but it was no longer enjoyment as sales representative came there as well.
He asked me to visit to his manager Mr. Amit, so that manager can convey some offers.
After meeting with manager Mr. Amit I found he is a very non-sense person who don't know how to speak with customers. He said I will get some complimentary nights or so but a day before an another sales representative told me about 20% discount for Mahindra group employees on total amount i.e 3,72,000. But when I asked for 20% discount from Mr. Amit, he said you could buy yesterday if you were really interested. This time no such offer.
When I left his office, I was going towards car parking with my family. Amit was also coming with us(knowingly or unknowingly) and whole way he was commenting on us and passing very cheap comments. He even talk to my son in very wrong way.
This experience was like, I am enjoying in a big Mall and a cheap seller is coming behind me and asking to buy a baloon again and again.
