- In 2008 we had taken two WHITE season membership, as the sales guy had made all wrong commitments
and had shown very glossy pic. Immediately after getting membership while making bookings I was told " SIR YOU CANNOT MAKE BOOKINGS FOR THIS LOCATION RIGHT NOW SINCE YRS DATES ARE FALLIUNG UNDER RED SEASON & SO PLESE TRY TO BOOK 15 DAYS BEFORE THE CHECKIN DATES REQUIRED". Now 15 days priory if one tries its been all booked by RED SEASON MEMBERS who have benefit of booking 4 months in advance and above all train bookings in ffifteen days NOT POSSIBLE, if I opt for air travel, fares are so high that if I calculated membership fees INTEREST+ ASF+ AIR TICKETS, I can get any 5-7 star properties.
SInce past 2-3 years I am forced to utilise my Holidays by COMPROMISING ON DESTINATION, Only taking 3-4 days trip in one go so that my child doesnt misses his school. I am left with no option as my holidyas have started LAPSING due to non-utilisation.
Now the sales guy has NEW IDEA.SIRJI PAY DIFFERENCE AMOUNT OF RS.1.5 LACS APPROX AND CONVERT YR MEMBERSHIP TO RED SEASON., PAAKA MILAGA JI BOOKINGS, 4 MONTHS IN ADVANCE PLANNING KARNE PADHE GI SIRF.
SO my RED SEASON will cost me. - INTIAL WHITE SEAON PAID 225000 ( app)
If I roughly calculate Intersest on 2.2.5+ 1.5 lacs, annually its approx 45000+ 14000 ASF to be paid annually, say total 59000 pa
so with annual 7 days free Holidays, my per day cost comes to Rs. 8428/-
AT 8428/- per day I can avail bookings at anya any any 7 star properties, with choice of locations.
If CM teams are reading this, please explain me why I shud convert to RED SEASON or why I shud not sell my membership in open market.
