I visited club citrus on a Sunday without an appointment. The receptionist introduced me to a lady who showed me their rate card. The lady was not really able to explain the difference between the different types of body massages listed there. Though I was told that everyone is busy there, I was given a slot in around 10 mins. I opted for a "Destress Massage" which is a basic whole body massage for Rs.1500+tax which comes to Rs.1685. It was my first time there and I didn't want to go for a service which is very expensive and then regret later if that turns out bad.
The room was spacious enough with dim lighting and the light instrumental music in the background made a perfect room for a nice relaxing massage. The attached bathroom was very neat and spacious with a glass separated area for steam and hot shower. The masseur was a very nice guy and he did it very well. I think I even slept off at times in between. It was a 50 mins session and I was under the impression that it will include the time for shower, changing and all those pre and post activities. Though I didn't really time it, I am sure it was more than 50 mins and I really enjoyed every moment. I had been to couple of other Ayurvedic massage centres in Bangalore and what I experienced here was totally different and very relaxing.
As with any other spa, you will be asked to fill and sign a form which declares your illness or any other problems that you have. It also had a place which asked for areas of concern - and I had mentioned neck, shoulders and lower back (the usual for most IT professionals, I believe). My only concern is that, the masseur didn't really go through that form to see what I had written there. If that was also done, it would have been a perfect one!
Hope this helps.
