Very bad experience with Cloud nine

The hospital is more interested in collecting money but not the service.


One simple example is, my wife went to Cloud nine Sahakarnagar dept for family planning along with me, they done some blood test and other tests and charged around 7500, told reports will be sent on the same day night and we need to take printout of reports and visit the Malleswaram Cloud nine branch by 7:30am on next day for the operation and operation will be at 10:30am. Reports not sent on the same day, but we visited the hospital in mallesawaram at 7:15am and 8:00am they provided a room and room number 405. we called sahakarnagar hospital for reports, they sent around 9:30-10:00am all the reports. The nurse told now better room available and shifted to Room number 408. Operation conducted around 11:15am. After the operation doctor told every thing went well and Nurse told to me my wife will be under observation for 2-3 Hrs, I went for lunch with bit relaxed. After 1.5Hrs when I called my wife she lifted and cried. Immediately I RUSHED to the hospital, the room they shifted, the emergency bell is not working, she got some pain as the room is a deluxe room and she is alone she suffered with pain more than 1Hr and she is hitting the cot and no body came for 1 Hr after that 1 nurse came and told she will inform to the doctor. But she not visited again for 30 min. I talked with doctor and also asked to talk with hospital head but he sent one lady and she told sorry for everything and changed the room 208. Next day just before the discharge doctor came and told fine and suggested to have a bath and change of dressing with waterproof one. Then my wife had a bath and I asked the nurse whether dressing is done, she told done. Then they given medicines and asked me to buy some more medicines and given the final bill RS 40500/.I paid the bill and went down to buy medicines in Ground floor, as 1 medicine is not available I went out to buy the same and came back after 30 min and told bye to every body. One nurse told if any issue please call to Hospital, I told OK. Then we both started to go home which is around 23Kms away from hospital. After completing 22Km I received a call from hospital asking me to come back to hospital as they forgot to do dressing.Due to the traffic in bangalore I told almost 1 Hr to finish 22KM, I told I almost reached hospital, is it possible to visit the nearest Cloudnine branch. I called doctor also she told in other branch may be waterproof plaster may be not available, you may need to buy the same. I told Ok and then I called cloud nine hospital and told I need to talk Mr Ashok on this incident. The receptionist told he is busy, please give your number he will call back. I given my number but I not at all received any call!


For one day for the family planning I totally spent Rs 50000/- But the treatment is horrible!


Everything is present in the hospital but nothing works as there is no proper management, complete system is failure.




  1. There is no checklist maintained, after vacating room they need to verify whether all important stuff working in a room. For room for 1 day we are paying close to 10000 rs, for those rooms also they won't verify then what for we are paying that much amount?




  2. After giving first complaint, they told sorry but they not avoided one more mistake that shows their negligence on patients.




  3. This also indicates by saying sorry, their job is over. When we try to reach head of the cloud nine head, two times he is not willing to face the patient that may indicate these complaints are normal and he don't want to face us.






Finally I visited some other hospital for dressing as I loss the trust on this hospital
