Dr. Kini and Cloud 9 came recommended to us by a very dear friend. We did our own due diligence and decided to go ahead with Dr. Kini and Cloud 9(very well knowing that it is a super specialty place and not a multi-specialty hospital, as it was important for us to go to a “happy” place rather than a hospital).
Our interactions with Dr. Kini over the last 9 months have been most pleasurable. He has dealt with us like a thorough professional, educating us at each stage, sharing literature / his experience, is extremely meticulous and did all of the above with a smile, always. Given his experience and our lack of knowledge(we do not believe in becoming internet educated doctors) we are nobody to evaluate his expertise but would mention that at each stage he gave us confidence, shared his recommendations, rather than merely throwing up options and encouraged us to make the experience a memorable one, while making us feel secure with his knowledge. He spent time to take our questions and even spent time educating / clarifying questions that our parents had, whenever they accompanied us. Even at the time of delivery he kept the atmosphere lively and encouraged us all along. We did feel & experience being in safe hands, all through and an individual who did not psyche us out but educated us and encouraged us by making it seem easy.
Overall with Cloud 9, we are very happy and satisfied with the support extended by the nursing staff, without whose patience to educate us about the finer things, especially post-delivery, we would have struggled as 1st time parents. We found the classes we attended extremely useful, the presenters knowledgeable and resources like Sister Ruth and the nutritionist who presented to us were absolute experts in their fields.
