Well to start with.Cradle as it was known early was a blessing in disguise for me as I delivered my bundle of joy who is 6 months old now there. Dr Prakash Kini who is next to GOD to me helped me enjoy my journey of pregnancy beautifully, Unfortunately I ended up in a complication in my 8th month and doctor Kini helped me deliver a baby boy without any hassle. I was so overwhelmed that I decided to continue seeing the pediatrician in cradle itself.
We were by default routed to Dr Kishore who is the CEO of cloud 9 and I was more than happy as I wanted to give the best to my child. But unfortunately that ruined my entire experience of Cloud 9. He charges 500 RS for 5 minutes, gives the vaccinations, does not respond to any of my queries properly, for everything he says it’s normal or answers sarcastically, does not give me his number to reach out in emergency, gives me the number of some local pediatrician that he has hired for emergency who never come on the phone. And one day when I call the emergency number as my son was suffering from a high temperature of 102 degree Fahrenheit the doctor who picked the call on the emergency number after multiple trials simple tells me not to call that number again as they are busy, I could not believe my ears as that was supposed to be the emergency number and the doctor was supposed to ask me what was my problem. Instead she wasted time warning me not to call that number repeatedly, So where do I go when I have an emergency, All I had called was to check if I need to see the doctor immediately as I am a mother for the first time and panicked when the temperature crossed 100.
So finally I have decided to change the doctor and to everyone out there consulting cradle for pregnancy I still tell you It is the best but then PLEASE DON’T SEE CLOUD 9 FOR CHILD CARE, They truly suck in that area, Dr Kishore must stop consulting, hire some good pediatricians and only look after the hospital. May be that will help.
