The company have worst policies and call center, I have done the booking for hotel on 19th-21st Oct on 15th Night, and requested for modification on 16th early morning, for which the clear trip call center person said she will call me back in 30 mins, whc=ich I didn't get, I called again in afternoon for same request, and new person told me I will get an email by night, on17th morning again I called, Now Deepa(as I started noteing the names now) told me I will definatly get response by afternoon .
After coming from ofc in evening I called again as I needed clarity, so Manjeet picked the call, and kept on saying he is from flight department and can't help me, and there is no one from Hotel department, I told him to email this to me, he said he can't email what he is saying . and asked me to call on 18th morning .
Now my booking is from 19th, and they can't even resolve small modification requests, that too the staff is not at all ready to understand the problem .

I am really worried if they can't resolve the small queries in 2 days how bad my actual stay experience is going to be .
Miskate was done one time, will never ever trust Cleartrip again.
