I feel this review is:
I had booked a Kochi to Bangalore air ticket via Cleartrip.com which I cancelled on 24 Nov 16. They confirmed it by phone. Yet there is no refund received as on today. Moreover, when I searched their website. There is no option to lodge a complaint. The link "Complaint forum" leads to a non-existent page. I recommend book only through respective airline to avoid this kind of situation and loss of money.
