I've been travelling internationally for more than 20 years, and cleartrip guys are the worst i've seen yet.
they are absolute cheats. customer service is a bunch of opaque, rude and inefficient liars. I had to do a date change, and they quoted me an absurd price(20k). they piled on all kinds of fake charges. when I started questioning them one-by-one, they hung up on me to build pressure. when I called back I had to hold for >45mins to speak to somebody in the same department(the guy who answered asked for all details and then put me on hold). I was told no supervisor was available. when I eventually got a speak to someone, she increased the fare by ANOTHER 20k, and said'you pay RIGHT NOW while I'm on the line or it will go up further'!
I had to change both onward and return tickets, so they played the same drama with me twice in 4 weeks. i'm not going back to them for the rest of my life. i'll make sure none of my friends do either.
unbelievable bunch of thugs. can't believe they are in still business.
