I booked hotels for a family holiday during Christmas to Sikkim through Cleartrip in Oct 16. When we arrived first hotel at Darjeeling they told us that Cleartrip had cancelled the booking one day in advance. Since Money was already paid for two rooms they gave one room for a day with great reluctance. Complaint to Clear trip did not get any response. When we reached Gangtok the hotel told us same thing although full payment of nearly 60000 was already made through Cleartrip for 3 days of stay.
So far no response from cleartrip although hotel has once again reluctantly given one room to accommodate whole family. The whole holiday is spoiled due to Cleartrip although 5 star prices were charged. CLEARTRIP must be AVOIDED at all cost.
