I had done my hotel booking from 30 dec to 2 jan at DIGHA having Cleartrip Id: 15120329348. I had booked one AC cottage room but the hotel by telephonic call received from the hotel mobile no as mentioned in their voucher on 4-12-2015 had changed the booking from ac cottage room to two room. As change in the rooms forced me to cancel my plan as I am travelling with 2 children and two room is of no use to me and hence I requested them to kindly cancel my booking.
Now as per mail the cleartrip has given me refund of RS 0 . As hotel itself has cancelled the booking of my room then why should cleartrip penalised me for this. I think the clear trip with the hotel are using means of fraudilism.
