Cleartrip deducted cancellation charges from the refund money for an international flight which was cancelled by Air France and their explanation is that they do not promise full refund in case of cancellations.
It was very difficult to get straight answers from customer support team of Cleartrip and they kept delaying resolving the issue for 45 days post which they said flat no to my request of refunding full money.
