I have been using Cleartrip for sometime now. Recently I got a cancellation from Airline; Cleartrip mailed me about it. Airline confirmed that they said full amount would be refunded. I started cancellation with Cleartip. Cleartrip made Airline refund ZERO.
Their customer support is not very good; I was on hold for 40 minutes in total, on a paid call. After depleting my talk time and patience, I did not get anything in return. I have dropped a mail to their customer support now and by the way there is no Nodal and Appellate authority contacts available.
Now you tell me guys, Can you trust Travel site like this, who cuts your money deceivingly?
They knew about Flight Cancellation; they informed me in Email; but they did not return the money. It's been 10 days now. I do not know what else to do.
I would say please do not trust this company. Go to Airline site and do the booking.
For small convenience, you may have to pay a big price.
