My experience is extremely awful. Recently, I went to Mukutmanipur with my friends and I booked a hotel for 3 nights, 2 days via Cleartrip.com which was in the first page of the Search.
But when we finally reached there, we saw the hotel was actually situated at Bankura Main town which was around 55 km from the destination. This was really not done. We came back to Bankura again and we had to roam about the destinations nearby like Susiniya & Bishnupur. We called a lot to get the refund but didn't get the connection. They are awfully bad! F* them!:/
