Booked room in Bnagalore through Cleartrip, paid complete amount to clear trip. Booking and reference ID are provided to phone number.
When we approached hotel, they denied to provide room, saying no room booked. Clear trip customer case number is not reachable. We ended up paying amount again booked room again(luckily rooms are available).
When we approached customer care for refund, they said that concern division investigating and will get back. Almost a week over and no response on refund.
No communication on what is happening.
I recommend not to book rooms through cleartrip.
If clear trip is Genuine they should not allow booking in such hotels(where they do not have proper communication system).
I do not know when I get my refund:-)
