I feel this review is:
Most pathetic customer service. We booked a hotel for 2 nights and hotel owner moved us to another hotel for the 2nd night as he got a big event for that day and wanted to accomodate all the even guests. When I asked Cleartrip customer service for their help, they ignored my calls by putting me on long holds and eventually saying "Their is nothing we can do about this". Very very unprofessional. I will not recommend ClearTrip to anyone.
