I feel this review is:
My stay at Bhimtal was ruined by Cleartrip by their misinformation given on the website. Images of rooms were not matching with the actual ones. Worst even, the agents and managers are equally disgusting as none of them could provide a resolution. Please ban from using Cleartrip at any cost and head to Makemytrip/Yatra/Goibibo/Oyo/Stayzilla/booking.com. Better service than Cleartrip. Lets chuck them out of the industry.
