Clear trip cheated us, give mental torcher and har. Review on Cleartrip

I had done my hotel booking on 07-Nov-2015 and 09-Nov-2015 having Clear trip Id: 15110785454 and 15110934816 respectively and made online full payment(invoice no -15110785454 and 15110934816). Total 5 room having 5 family(5 male, 5 female and 5 kid having below 4 years).  Date of boarding in hotel was 26 December at Vistaram Near Railway Station 49-24-50/1, Sankaramatam Main Road, back side nistla nivas, Visakhapatnam, 530016. Hotels are Booked for 26 December to 28 December.

On 20th December I had remind clear trip about the booking they had given green signal to us, on 24th December I received a call form mobile no 91-9247066668 from clear trip / vistaram they assured me about the rooms.

We had reached at hotel at 10 am 26 December but no rooms are available in hotel(As discussed with manager).  We had discussed thrice with clear trip and also with the number given in the voucher.  We are new for this city.

We are 5 family come from different locations of India like Pune,  Delhi, Ranchi, Jamshedpur and Hyderabad having 5 male, 5 female and 5 kid having below 4 years. One of the baby girl is only 1 year old.

We didn’t find any hotel nearby that place I and my friends tried a lot form 10 am to 1 pm to search a hotel. All the hotels are full because of peak season in vizag.

In a same time its very tuff to arrange milk and food for the kids and female members. All are already come from a long journey and all need some place to rest.

At 12 o clock hotel manager(Vistaram) told us they had cancelled our booking and they are not going to help any more in this topic. In a same time clear trip people doesn’t respond and not arranged any thing for us. We are tried a lot to connect with clear trip people and request to arrange something else.

Now we have only one option to take another hotel as soon as possible because we have 5 families and having 5 kids below 4 years of age. We had searched hotels any how we get room 3 rooms at 2 pm and 2 room at 8 pm in another hotel.

We had also booked a force traveller for travel purpose with M.S.R TOURS & TRAVELS, Visakhapatnam having charges of 4850 per day .Whole day worst due to clear trip.

Again we had talked with clear trip for refund and payment of new rooms in hotel. As discussed with the clear trip support person they are analysing the case and case is escalated by them. Now case is handled by marketing manager of cleartrip. They had given no response to us.

There is no response form clear trip till now.

Due to irresponsibility of clear trip we had spent 35850 rupees extra in this trip

Clear trip cheated us, give mental torcher and harassment to all the 5 families.
