I have been trying to book domestic tickets and getting failed. I have tried in mobile app and desktop but the payment page does not appear, even if it comes, the transaction gets fail. I have called customer service, I was told I would be getting a call in 24Hrs but its been 4 days but still not got any call. When I called back today(after 3 days on 4th day) I was told we cant call and book tickets for domestic so no idea why they have raised a ticket and without solving they have closed it. Not sure when they cant call why they raising ticket for solving an issue.
