I rented a car for bangalore to tirupathi. Once the booking confirmed, driver called us demanding 1000+300 more money. When I told this to clear car rental over phone, they said that they don't know about the local RTO, other taxes. Driver also demanded 3000/- if I need the receipt.
When I asked the car rental to change the driver they assured me .
But during the midway of the journey the driver said he will not go further if we dont give fullfill his demand of 1000/-. He was very rude, unprofessional. Car rental was also not giving any solution to this response. He used the 1000/- ruppes at one RTO to increase his car permit which was already till 27 th may while we were travelling on 1 st may.
This is absolutely illegal, harrasement to travelleres. I will surely go to the consumer court against the company.
Dont ever dare to book any car from CLEAR CAR RENTAL. They are doing fraud business .
