I got response from the customer care and they resolved the issue. I am not happy because I lost 1 day services and I had to face lot of trouble not having phone.
Hi All,
I took Clay travel Sim in Hyderabad Airport for 2 weeks travel to USA. 1st week it worked and T-Mobile signal was not good at all in most of the times. After a week it suddenly stopped working.
Sales person at Hyderabad told me that they have 24X7 customer care but when tried to reach customer care I got response that they have only 9 AM to 8 PM IST hours customer care. This Sim really impacted me a lot and if you are heavily dependent on the phone then I suggest do not go for Clay mobile sim in Airport.
I sent them email and waiting for the customer care to wake up in India. Customer care has India number and not sure how a person in abroad can call customer care in India if his phone is not working.
