Music has been a integral part of our country and is so reflected in our movies too , which are resplendent with music and Dance. Our cinema has seen glorious singers in the past like K L Saigal , Lata Mangeshkar , Asha Bhosale, Mohammed Rafi , Hemant Kumar , Kishore Kumar , and one such singer who has not only impressed us with his voice but also his versatility is Manna Dey. He has also sung in other languages apart from Hindi like Bengali and Malayalam .
I have always derived solace from hearing Manna Dey, he seems to have a quality to depict human emotions very well through his voice. His songs are extremely wonderful and ease your mind. Here I present his classical collections.
