I have always heard that'Customer is the king' and I am so irritated by the attitude of Classic Omega treating their customer like less fortunate. I had bought a Suzuki Swish 125 Scooter in August of 2012 for full payment and at the very first service the staffs were so ungrateful. When we approach them for buying a vehicle, they are so humble and responsive. After the buying they never give any after sales service. From the front office staff to the technician, every staff behaves so ill mannered. They make us feel we are pleading their generosity. It is our right to receive good service for whatever product we have bought. I would like to share there core incidents while dealing with Classic Omega. During one of the free services offered by the dealer, I guess either the water service was done incorrectly or a less trained staff did the procedure, the paint of the body was off a bit(which I am sure was not there when I gave my scooter). When I notified it the staff, They refused to admit and blamed me for it. I even notified the manager who even didn't took the responsibility. I was literally astonished how rude the staffs were. They didn't be mannered to patch up the scratch or polish it. Another case was once I requested to change the meter cable and got it done. But even before one week, the cable broke. When I took the scooter to the service center for replacement, they said they has no spare cable to replace I went twice and received same replay. I had to go to palarivattam(Kochi)service center to get it replaced The other one was while returning on my scooter after a service, I noticed heavy noise from the seat. When I checked my seat cabin, I found some loose nuts. I had to rush to another local workshop to get it at place to tighten my seat. To be frank, I've never experienced such a bad service from anywhere. I bought the scooter for ready cash so don't know about their finance aid. The service is so bad and timely work is never done. I can't rate below one star hence the one. Please never treat any customer like this.
