From the recent notification on citiy limouzines websites and the court directives, a settlement of our investments seem to be taking shape. However.
What happens to thos new investors during July'09 who only have copies of th receipts of payments and no agreement or PDC. These are the worst hit as we have not received any repayment, agreeent or PDCs. Under which category of creditors/investors would these fall under for the purpose of settlement. Surely, repayment in 13 installments without any clear definition of repayment period may be a vague with a lot of uncertainity incase of a fallout. Any views or information on these. Thanks
