Today I visited at Official Liquidators office situated at Bank Of India Main Building, Main Branch, 5th floor, Fort, Mumbai to submit my debt claim, as I m 1 of the investor in the City Limouzines scheme.
The simple procedure is as follows :
1. Take photocopies of all ur documents such as Agreement copy, receipt copy, Preferencial Share certificates copies, etc.
2. Obtain a copy of Form 66 from Office of Official Liquidator free of cost,
3. Fill in the details alongwith total indebtedness of City Limouzines/City Realcom duly enclosed with Exhibit 'A'.
4. Get it notarised from the Advocate/Notary sitting in the Van just adjacent to Bank of India Building.
5. After enclosing all the necessary documents alongwith Form 66 duly notarised, just submit it in the Office of official Liquidators office and get the acknowledgement with acknowledgment number on it.
The working timings are 10.00 am to 4.00 pm
NOTE : Kindly note the Company's Petiton No. and Company's winding up date is different for City Limouzines and City Realcom. The same has been specified on the paper sticked on one of the Cupboard in the Official Liquidators office.
However, for ur convenience the copy of Form 66 obtained from Liquidators office has been attached herewith.
