Unfortunately I have also invested my money in this company. It is tough time when we all realizing what we had done in the past.One mistake never retakes.
Now. Liquidation orders from Hon'ble High court of Mumbai have been cleared and the process of collecting the claim forms from the investors is in the process by the Official Liquidator of High Court.
Any one of you guys have ever received any message/reply or some kind of acknowlwdgement from the Liquidator's office after submitting your claim form along with all photocopies and stamp paper application?
If yes then share please. For those who have not filled the claim form can collect the copy of it from the Official Liquidator Bombay High Court, and submit it with Rs, 20 Stamp Paper with Rs 5 judicial ticket on it.
There is a particular format of filling this affidavit type matter. For City RealCom there is still no news from the Company or High Court.The relief is only given to City Limouzine investors till now.
