I was reading the mouth shut every day on city limo. Today first time I am writing. I am reasonably big investor. I have recd. only one proxy form today out of 15 contracts. I am in chennai. However it is not a must that all investors should attend and vote. Whatever the majority decesions taken in the meeting will be applicable to all even for those not attended.
However my personal advice to all investors attended to act wisely and better to vote YES as what he is returning is reasonably O.K. Otherwise any further cases will prolong and no money will come back to us as the case of DIVORCE.
Today my nephew called from mumbai that meeting will be Police Gymkana as investors troubled the wilson college on mad enquiry they refused the venue.
Therefore investors, it is better to sort out peacefully as Mr. Masood if genuine is atleast ready to return the principal with 7% interest and I hope, we will get the preference shares amount also back seperately. Get the clear detailes and better to say o.K with any modification possible.
