Let me share with you the details I received from middle management of City Group Office - Grant Road, Mumbai. The Manager told me to be patient first and extent support & cooperation. HC has issued some notice doubting the huge interest paid to investors commenting heavy risk.
HC has adviced City to restructure the interest EMI payment by conducting a meet on 7/8th Oct at Wankhede Stadium & by investors voting approval. Both points to be discussed reduced EMI (as per the manager it would be around less1000-1500 only) or principal to be returned. As once the voting is completed the same will be forwarded to the HC within 14days for courts approval. This case is on fast track court as involves lots of investors, court is looking to give decision on urgent basis. Basis the approval from court the restructured EMI contract & payment will be started.
Hope this cools ur nerves. City has been giving huge returns to the investors & in this bad time we need to support & cooperate with Mr. Masood & City Group. They are the experts and let them have their say which will be in all ours interest. Filing cases & complaints will only lengthen the issue and remember we will be stuck & all our money. We dont want to regret on such act.
The offices are closed as people are losing cool & ready to beat, kill anyone related to City. This will not get us our money. Let us all be cool & hear to what Mr. Masood has to say & agree to what benefits to us in the meeting.
No bank will give us such returns only City can, so lets be by the side of city in the crisis & indirectly help ourselves. I want to invest into more schemes & earn huge EMIs in future.
Lets be aware that others like politicians, others will only take advantage of us while only now city group can help us all.
There are other companies running similar schemes are doing fine like Metro Cruise, AIM etc
