Hi friends I want to share my true experience with the Citibank and their services. I had an account with the Citibank last three onwards. Their Services are really pathetic and made me to close my account. Their service charges are extremely high when compared with the other bank card accounts. There also no other offers and benfits if you are using that bank credit card also. The phone banking facility makes the people irritate to use their services because it disturbs the transactions.
The internet banking during you will find always errors and the ATM availability is very limited. The customer services are very bad and wonot come up with new offers and always cut high amount by saying services charges and wonot respond if you email or call them.so never use this Citibank because there are enough benefits if you use other bank accounts.they always deduct amount from the account without any intimation, if you ask they will tell silly reasons so donot go for it.
