I had a very bad experience of citibank related to home loan, just because of citibank I have lost the best deal of my dream home. this people are very slow in process and even they never give status call inbetween, every time I used to call the person and then he told me to bring more documents. In the process he lost my documents twice time.
After end of 2 1/2 months these guys told me that your loan would not be sanctioned beacuase the site was in 'gunthewari' we could not provide loans to this types of sites. If this is the thing they would have told me before the case registered. so I can tried other bank options, in between this the owner of the flat said that it is too late now cancel the deal. I felt so bad I never prefer citibank home loan onwards.
