Citibank is really a bad bank.
There is no proper account transactions maintained in the bank
The Incurring charges is more in the bank.
The credit card charges is more in the Citibank.
There is no proper maintenance of Citibank atm.
The staff don't co ordinate with the customers properly.
The phone banking facilities is also not good.
They is also no proper net banking facilities maintenance by the bank to the customers.
