I was initially called from citibank regarding a pre approved credit card for which they forced me to apply for it, for which I filled the application for.
However I have a check which got bounced, so I did not want this application to be cancelled and I immediately informed them not to process the application REF # 13122720444.
I got a message that the card is rejected and I spoke to customer care but I am confident and lost my belief, Kindly look into the issue as I do not want this to effect my credit and the customer service does provide me appropriate information and asking for time. Please help me out with this.
I want this to be removed form my CBIL.
