Pathetic customer service. Review on Citibank

Citibank has a pathetic customer service team. Its allready 15 days past after i ordered for a a new suvidha card , as my card was very old and not in a usable condition. I did call them on 3rd nov 2008 at 7.30 am and was supposed to get the card by four working days. But still waiting for my card.i have allready called about seven times ( pathetic customer service team (inefficient team consist of nisha , mani, kalai , sujitha etc..) , to just check on this still there is no concrete steps taken. Any one knows the status of citibank are they still in business ??? The financial turmoil in the us does it have any effect on citibank?
