One of the worst bank in India, They have 100s of hidden policies to deduct money from your account. I am having an account, at the beginning they told I need to maintain minimum of 50, 000 in it, after some time they make the minimum maintenance amount to 1 Lakh, which is against the rule of RBI but they still are unmoved.
I was having an ready credit account linked to the same, all at once they deduct 35000 from my account without telling me, and because of it my check got bounce. they gave me ready credit account at 18% interest, but after some time they make 24% of their own and did not told me at all. Even though I told them that I will go to consumer court they were unmoved. No escalation email id / contact number in that bank at all.
For past 4 month I am requesting them to change my address but customer care knows only how to miss guide someone.
They put fine as per their own wish, on credit card for 1-2 days of late payment, in case you fell sort of paying 1-2 rupee also, they make 100s-1000s of fine behind the scene, and never send any reminder via sms or mail to pay the balance amount which you have missed by mistake.
At no point of time they will convey the change of rules and policies to you, and out fine as per their own wish.
Worst ever bank in India, hope RBI can ban this bank and throw them out from India.
