I own citi A/c from past 6yrs and this is my salaried a/c I saw the ad for personal loan which says personal loan in 48hrs I was impressed and had applied for it I called up a rep in citi bank name Chaithanya she said you should get your money with in 3days I submitted all the doc they asked for afer 3days I called her up she said my manager needs to take approval on some paper work and this will take some time according to me if they need any approval and if the process is delayed they need to inform the customer until I call I dint know this, then I said please can I talk to your manager she said he is out for lunch he will be back after an hr I called them after and hr and asked for the manager she said oh he is still not available I asked her what approval do you guys need bcoz my pay is much higher than what is expected by citi bank I can get up to 8lakhs personal loan, she said I dono what approval he is waiting for and when I asked her she said it will take 10days from 48hrs its gone to 10 or more days I asked her r u sure it will be 10days she said it might take more than that just to take a approval if it takes 10days then y the heck citi people have annouced that we will get personal loan in 48hrs I think I have never ever had a PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS any were the worst service ever had plz guys never go with citi waste of time and money I had already given this info to my friends and collegous
