I went thru few reviews of Shitty Bank... Gotta know that! They are People who are equally tortured like me.

Yup! I “was” a Citibank... Nope… Shitty Bank… Suvidha Account holder… 2 Years ago. I opened this account when I joined for Graduation in Bangalore, and had awe full experience banking.

It had a student account and need to maintain 1000/- balance on an average / Month. Initially banking with “Shitty Bank” was easy goin… (Coz… not aware of the bunch of “Cheaters, Money Suckers, Idiotic and Uneducated People” sitting at the back to gulp the hard earned money of the customers.

Lemme… Share the disaster that happened while depositing the cash through the ATM Machine.

I had 4300/- Bucks, and had to deposit with “Shitty Bank” ATM Center – CMH Road, IndiraNagar”. I had 43 Notes of 100 Rs (Equaling to Rs. 4300/-). In a Depository Slip, you can place up to 30 Notes in one cover. I followed the Instruction and placed 30 notes in one Depository Slip (Equaling to Rs. 3000/-) and 13 Notes in another Depository slip (Equaling to Rs. 1300/-).

Then I logged on to my “Shitty Bank” Account and deposited Rs. 3000/- Slip first and Rs 1300/- slip later. And to my Surprise! ATM machine couldn’t even provide me acknowledgement slip for the deposits. (PRINTER PROBLEM...) No wonder Shitty Bank…

24 Hrs after Depositing, I went back to the ATM to check the Balance where in I was traumed to read 1300/- Rs being credited to my Account. Rest 3000/- Not been credited… (Other way round I would have been bit Relieved)… It got into my Nerves and I was keep checking for the rest money with multiple balance sheets (Mini Balance Statements, Balance sheet etc…)

I checked in all possible ways to confirm my Balance… But it was still the same. I took the Mini Statement to check my Previous Deposits… But only 1300/- being Credited.

Very next moment, I went to the Shitty bank Main branch (MG Road) bunking my college hours. The financial help desk lady made me wait for an hour almost as she was busy looking for other accounts. “CUSTOMER FIRST! CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

After an hour I was attended, just to know the reason and the lady Responded saying “Will look after this Issue – Please get in touch with us tomorrow”. That really pissed me off! But since it was a Monetary Concern I kept my mouth shut and returned back to hostel.

Next Day... Promptly bunked the college and with lot of hopes went all the way from Airport Road to MG Road to check the Status. Met the same lady after 25 Mins or so… just to know its still “Under Process”.

I was sent back with the same reason – “Under Process” for 14 days (Everyday)… The 15th day… I just lost my Nerves and my face went beetroot RED, I started blasting the same lady for the Stupid Reason she was giving. I have spent more than Rs 500/- for the daily up and downs to “Shitty Bank”.

The Branch - Manager came running and started consoling me. I was very rude to him as well… (Shouldn’t I?????). He made me sit in his cabin and left for the Enquiry. After 45 Mins or so… he comes back with a huge file and showing me the Printouts of all the Deposits I have made.

I was shocked to see that… the deposit slip in the file shows... 1300/- being deposited, and No records of Rs 3000/- Depository Slip… And he comes with the Reply stating that: “Am sorry Sir, We don’t have any records of your Rs.3000/- deposit – And WE CANT HELP YOU MUCH WITH THIS”

I just went helpless as I didn’t have the deposit slip as the ATM Printer was not functioning – for NO FAULT of mine… Later for my hard luck out Semester End Exams started wherein I couldn’t concentrate on this Issue Much.

I spoke with my Guardians and Parents soon after the Exam and ended up in dropping the ACCOUNT CLOSURE SLIP in a SMALL BOX (Which looks like Commode) at the corner of the office.

So… Where’s the Rs 3000/- Slip gone… is still a question??????? To me.

Bottom Line: Shitty Bank! Sucks! BIG… hmmm hmmm... All the Time!
