This bank has not provide good customer service. This bank is take too much time for solve the client's problem. Its branches are very less.

ATM centers are very less. Some city only one atm in whole city. It is not good for bank clients.
Netbanking facility is not good. They respond not at time. The processing time is very slow of this bank.
There are lot of good banks.
So please avoid to go with Citibank
