Worst experience with CITIBANK CREDIT CARD DEPT.

THINK TWICE BEFORE APPLYING CITIBANK CREDIT CARD
WORST EVER EXPERIENCE

As I am using this Citibank Cash Back card since Oct 2011 & has never fallen short of expectations of CITIBANK. I din’t got any call rather receiving this negative E - mail from your irresponsible people(CITIBANK CREDIT CARD Dept.) I got a call from a lady name Ms. Deepti & confirmed me that I will receive a call back from a senior regarding the increase in my credit limit but as usual no one called me to confirm the same. I have been following with CITIBANK people over and again so that my limit can be enhanced & I can use the card in best possible way. As I being a good customer of CITIBANK Bank if you people are sensible enough to check my credit history & payment history with all the banks along with CITIBANK that I have never been late on any payments before denying the fact. Here I would appreciate HDFC BANK as they have enhanced my CREDIT limit to handsome limit without any hassles. Now I am thinking of cancelling all my tie ups with CITIBANK.
Just a reminder to everyone who is going to apply for CITIBANK CREDIT CARD in future to avoid as they are very rigid & doesn’t care for there good consumers.
Wants to know exactly what stopping you to enhance my card limt, what are those so called internal policies.
