Today was my bad day, I was in need of getting my preclosure loan letter to submit another bank to get close. I was trying to reach them 4 times 4 different people attended my hot line put my call hold on redirected to loan department, I was waiting waiting waiting on call for an hour in 4 times. There where no one is ready to answer my queries. F*ng. I can understand the situation but cant tolerate it. This was happened once in a time means adjustable. This things are happening almost 4th time. I was totally disappointed of citi bank service. and lost 75 INR for un known call and my valuable time.
