You are charged to deposit money in CITI Bank. Review on Citibank

Citi bank is one of the worst service. I use my salary account to manage my CC and I deposit huge amounts twice every month. Today I got to know that my account is not a branch account and a e-banking account which means that every time I go to bank to deposit they charge me 100 Bucks + 10% tax which come to a total of 110Rs which is pathetic. I am paying service charges, and even when I spend my money to go to bank to deposit money they charge 110bucks per visit...I am totally pissed and tomorrow morning the first thing that I would be doing is to close my account(Both CC and sal), My advice to all you guys is to have a look at the banks Section in MS. U never know where are they trying to screw ur hard earned money.. also the attitude of the person speaking in the branch are bad. I am talking about the Hyderabad main branch which is in Begumpet or somewhere around. I saw a guy who came to citi bank to deposit his credit card bills and they did not take it saying that he has to deposit a cheque. Why is this so? I am payin u money. is it so difficult to have a system which is customer friendly rather than profitable to his own? the person I met today in the bank told me that today is the last day and if he does not pay by cash then he would get late fee. when he went and told this to the lady at the counter she very rudely said that I cannot help u with this sir,you have to deposit the cheque in the ATM. the man told her that it would take 2-3 days to get deposited and there was a quick response from the lady who told, sir you should have thought about it earier and acted on it and one more interesting thing. They will accept cash for CC if u are dooin a late payment. what ridiculous system.... I advice you guys to catch hold of the guy who comes to ur office when u open an account and ask him every thing. All private banks are into making money these days..if not direct, they do all kinda unethical things to get money. because there was very little amount in my account, I could make it out but what about the person who has huge transactions.. he can never make it out where his 100 Rs has gone because even in the statement that u get is tricky....
